The Account page lets you view your profile, link multiple accounts, monitor your usage, and upgrade your subscription. Access it from the bottom of the left sidebar by clicking Account.

Profile

Your profile section displays basic information from your identity provider:
  • Name: Your display name
  • Email: The email address you use to sign in to AstroBee

Account Linking

If you signed up for AstroBee multiple times using different sign-in methods (for example, once with Google and once with email) but used the same email address, you can link these accounts together. When you link accounts:
  • All your data layers, data sources, and conversation history consolidate under one primary account
  • You can sign in with any of your linked sign-in methods
  • Your usage limits apply to the combined account
If AstroBee detects other accounts with your verified email, you’ll see a notification suggesting you link them. The Account Linking section shows any accounts available to link. If you see “No Accounts Found,” it means no other AstroBee accounts share your verified email address.

Authenticate to link

Click Link Account and authenticate with the account you want to link. This verifies you own both accounts.

Accounts linked

Once linked, your accounts appear in the Linked Accounts section. All data is now consolidated under your primary account.

Usage & Subscription

This section shows your current plan and resource usage:

On the Free plan, you can create up to 2 data layers and ask up to 10 questions per data layer. Once you upgrade to Pro, both limits are removed entirely. The progress bar under Data Layers shows how many you’ve created out of your plan’s limit.

Upgrading your plan

When you reach your question limit, AstroBee displays an upgrade prompt:

Pro plan benefits include:
  • Unlimited Data Layers: Connect as many data sources as you need without restrictions
  • Unlimited Questions: Ask unlimited questions to your data without monthly limits
  • Priority Support: Get faster responses and dedicated help from our team
To upgrade:
  1. With a beta code: Enter your code in the text field and click Redeem Beta Code
  2. Without a code: Click Contact Us to Upgrade to reach our team
After upgrading, your Account page reflects your new Pro status:

Signing out

Click Sign Out at the bottom of the Account page to log out of AstroBee.
